I would gave her first some sedativa with the food (Oxazepam for example) that the Vet could check her completly. If the only problem is that Microsprosa I would gave her 2 vaccinations against that - Insol is the name of this vaccine - see the following link

Ich würde ihr oral mit dem Futter ein Sedativum geben, sodass der Tierarzt sie komplett untersuchen kann. Wenn das einzige Problem dieser Pilz ist, dann würde ich sie mit Insol (Impfstoff gegen Pilz in Deutschland) impfen; das erste Mal gleich die zweite Impfung 2 Wochen später. Die sonstigen möglichen Medikamente, z.B. Griseo ist sehr belastend für Leber und Nieren. Sie zu waschen oder zu cremen würde ich komplett sein lassen, das ist zu stressig für so eine Katze.

Ich denke auch nicht, dass die Katze in einigen Wochen zahm werden wird und daher wird es sehr schwierig einen Platz für diese Katze zu finden.
